Our work on this project included our standard scope including the wood doors and frames, hollow metal doors and frames, finish hardware, kitchen and vanity cabinets, custom casework, wall paneling, standing and running trim, bath accessories, and some of the miscellaneous specialties.

Kitchens have african mahogany cabinets and the installation included appliance panels, finished panels on the islands.

In the bathrooms, the African mahogany bathroom vanity installed in the typical units is in stark contrast to the white marble used throughout the room.

The pool deck features african mahogany paneling on the ceiling.  T&G trim and batten strips wrap around this soffit  that continues around the building and can be seen from the street.

The ceiling paneling continues throughout the 6th floor.  Sliding false louver doors are used to seperate the spaces and stack on tracks recessed into the ceiling.

The outdoor dining area has the same soffit paneling and wood trellis installed over the steel framing.
