This new landmark being built in Waikiki includes over 460 typical units which include 332 Hotel rooms and 130 condominium units.

Our work includes our standard scope including the wood doors and frames, hollow metal doors and frames, finish hardware, kitchen and vanity cabinets, custom casework, wall paneling, standing and running trim, bath accessories, and some of the miscellaneous specialties.

In the bathrooms, the African mahogany bathroom vanity installed in the typical units is in stark contrast to the white marble used throughout the room.

 

 

Bypass closet doors installed with Timely metal cased opening frames, tracks and all related hardware

 

 

Wood base installation includes nearly 70,000 lineal feet of painted and transparent stained trim.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Entry doors in timely frames complete with all hardware including closer and Saflok card reader lockset.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Common areas will include extensive wood paneling, trim and other special finishes. 

In the image above the pool deck on the 6th floor will have a wood ceiling over the metal framing that is complete.  This wood ceiling will be visible from the street below
