Projects Grand Wailea Resort and Spa:
This Luxury resort hotel was a challenge from the start. the project was a fast track project that started with very little detail and was designed one step ahead of the construction. Our office staff processed over 250 revisions and coordinated them with our field personnel.

 18' high stile and rail folding doors are the showcase of our work in the formal
dining room, the weight and height of these doors made installation especially
challenging.
The doors around the open atrium while not as tall were just as difficult to install and adjust. |

The typical rooms have crown molding and base that was installed to the concrete
walls and ceilings. needless to say the walls and the ceilings were not always square.
Careful fitting was required to make all the corners come together and look square.
