The Kahala Nui project consisted of the construction of several buildings housing senior living units, skilled nursing, memory support and assisted living units. Support facilities included dining and fitness areas as well as back of house facilities. The Second component completed first was the Parish building for the Star of the Sea School and Church. This houses the churches parish, and the schools early learning center and Gymnasium.
Our Scope of work included all the finish carpentry installation, including :
- Over 22 miles of standing and running trim
- Custom reception desks, bars and nurses station casework.
- 2,700 lineal feet of modular kitchen cabinets.
- Over 2,800 typical unit doors
- 2,700 wire closet shelves,
- hollow metal doors and frames,
- Nana wall systems folding doors,
- wood handrails,
- finish hardware for over 3,400 door openings.
- Bath accessories for nearly 700 bathrooms
