This luxury condominium project consists of 360 units, a large lobby, health club, theater, and business center. All of these spaces have extensive wood paneling and trim details.
Our scope of work includes installing nearly 1,000 door openings, over 4 miles of base and all the custom architectural woodwork in the lobbies and amenity areas.

Our scope of work on this project included:
over 8,000 cabinet boxes,over 16 miles of wood baseover 5,000 door openings complete with with the finish hardware.

In addition we set all the Viking kitchen appliances in place, installing the washers and dryers and installing the bath accessories. |
The public areas have intricate wood panel and trim details, such as in the main lobby shown below.
