Completed in March 1992 this luxury condominium featured units
that were designed around a round exterior curtain wall.
Our scope included installation of wood and hollow metal doors and frames,
finish hardware, standing and running trim, including curved wood base in corridors.
kitchen and lavatory casework, bath accessories and wire closet shelving.

The kitchen casework installation was complicated by the odd angles found in
most of the unit kitchens. designed off the concrete load bearing walls. No two units were
identical and often special fillers and trims were carefully fitted to achieve the
completely flush finish of the cabinets. The cabinets, furnished by Studio Becker of
Hawaii, are true European design, right down to the metric shop drawings and hanging
rails.
