Skyline at First Hill:

This project was completed ahead of schedule due to the exceptional management and leadership of General contractor Sellen Construction.

Our scope of work includes installing the doors, cabinets and millwork in all the living units in this retirement community.

Our installation included hanging over 1,600 interior doors in the 178 independent living units.

Doors were delivered to the site pre-hung. We unloaded and stocked all doors to the openings. Doors were hung and the hardware installed after finish paint.

Installation of over 2,500 kitchen cabinets and 1,800 vanity cabinets in the independent living units.

As with the doors we unloaded the trucks on the project site and stocked the cabinets to the units.

In addition to the cabinets and doors we installed over 45,000 lineal feet of MDF baseboard and 700 window sills.

The assisted living facility has 60 units in a separate tower. We installed cabinets and doors in these units concurrently with the independent living tower.
