Completed in March 1993 this is a unique luxury condominium, the two residential towers are connected at the top by a bridge that provides 5 floors of penthouse loft spaces.
Our work was limited to furnishing and installing the wood doors and frames.
Most units have a pair of entry doors, in oak veneer with solid oak door frames. Specialized hardware including automatic flush bolts and coordinators make both doors operable at all times while also providing security.
All doors were ordered, fabricated, prefit and machined for all hardware under the supervision of Bruce Matson Company. Shipping, trucking, and deliveries were coordinated with general contractor Charles Pankow Builders and stocking of the material and final installation was handled by Bruce Matson Company carpenters. |
