Apartment Kitchens in Wilsonart Highline laminate.  The unit kitchens used 6,847 sheets of material.  Laid end to end this would stretch over 10 miles and cover an area equal to nearly 4 football fields.

Lobby ceiling features plain sliced ash veneer fins.  These fins run for over 92' from the lobby out to the exterior lounge area and represent an inverted Ko'olau mountain range which is the backdrop of Waikiki

Completed in 2022, rising 28 stories with 401 apartments and luxury amenities this project included over 

Ash trim and custom ash veneer sliding doors to separate two areas span over 16' and  include special sliding hanger door hardware designed engineered and built in house. 

The leasing area features a custom table that is 21' long in ash veneer.  This desk / table has multiple data ports, electrical outlets and floating drawer cabinets 

The banyan tree which the project was built around is the centerpiece of the courtyard and the bench we framed and covered with ipe has many angles and was built on site by our talented carpenters. 

This fence is fabricated from various lengths, widths and thickness of solid ipe.  The boards mimic the Ko'olau mountain range and include over 3,400 Lft of Ipe 

On the recreation desk these solid teak screens line the hallway from the tower to the amenity area.  

Top floor of the tower have the penthouse units with wilsonart matte grey bronze metal laminate and Wilsonart greige ash laminate cabinets
