Ae'o at Ward Village

Completed in 2018 this luxury condominium project is one of many developed by Howard Hughes Corporation at Ward Village.  This project consisted of the installation of cabinets and millwork in 469 units and furnish and installation of the common area casework and millwork for the lobby and amenity areas.  This project used white oak and Accoya throughout the public areas

Lobby Wave Wall

The lobby wall paneling consists of over 800 pieces of accoya that extends from the elevator lobby out to the street. Each pieces was individually cut to create the wave pattern.

Porte Cochere Wave Wall

The wave wall extends out through the porte cochere to the street welcoming visitors and residents into the project.

Social Room

The slat theme continues in the amenity spaces with this white oak curved slat wall paneling and ceiling, all fabricated and installed by Bruce Matson Company,

Dining Room

More white oak slats cover the walls and ceiling in the dining room all custom fabricated in house and installed by Bruce Matson Company Carpenters.

Amenity Elevator Lobby

The accoya continues on the level 8 amenity area where vertical slat wall paneling fabricated to field measurements and shipped to site for installation just in time.

Pool Deck

Outside we framed and installed ipe decking  and pool coping on over 10,000 square feet of pool decks for two pools

Pool Deck

Pavilions on the pool deck have ipe roof decking, fencing and cabinet doors all coordinated, fabricated and installed by Bruce Matson Company.

Ipe Trellis

There are several trellis fabricated from ipe on this recreation deck, this one the largest over the kids play area covers over 260 square feet.  The trellis hangs from the structural steel in a unique configuration.
