Founder

Bruce was our founder, mentor and set the principles we follow. Active in the operation up until he passed away in April 2020.

Hawaii Field Operations Manager

Robert started with Bruce Matson Company in 2013 as a journeyman carpenter and has moved up to operations manager overseeing day to day installations of our Hawaii projects.

Plant Manager

Sean started with Bruce Matson Company in 2023 and oversees all production in our manufacturing facility

Project Manager

Brooke joined our team in 2019 and is managing projects in Honolulu and Ewa Beach HI. She is in charge of our single family division.

Project Manager

Miguel joined Bruce Matson Company in 2013 and after a couple years moved on to work for one of the largest general contractors in Hawaii. In 2020 he rejoined us and manages projects throughout Hawaii

Project Manager

Riley started with Bruce Matson Company in 2015 and is one of our project managers in our Honolulu office. He has managed several larger high rise projects including A'ali'i, Lilia and Sky Ala Moana.

President

Brent oversees all operations and management. He has been with Bruce Matson Company Since 1984

Division Manager

Joby joined the team in March of 2022 as our General manager of the Pacific NW division.

Project Manager

Kalani has been with the Bruce Matson Co team since the inception of our Washington division. He has moved from Carpenter to Foreman to Project Manager and manages projects in the Washington area.

Leonard started with us in 2022 and oversees projects in Washington.

Mitch joined Bruce Matson Company in 2020 and manages projects throughout Hawaii

Production Engineer

Shannon has been with us since 2023 and is one of our engineers programing for production in the shop.

Vice President / Secretary

Greg is in charge of our corporate finances and oversees the accounting, receivables, and payables. Greg joined Bruce Matson Company in 1996

Director of Human Resources

Kristi started with Bruce Matson Company in 2001 and is now in charge of our human resources department and leads the payroll department.

Washington Operations Manager

Dave has been with Bruce Matson Co since 2013 as a carpenter, and has been promoted to foreman and now operations manager for our Washington division. Dave is responsible for our Washington installation crews and makes sure or work meets the clients and our high standards.

Shipping and Receiving Manager

Michael joined the team in 2021 and handles all the incoming raw materials for production in our Kent facility and shipping our finished product to local projects and to projects located in Hawaii or anywhere in the world.

Engineering Manager

Patrick joined us in 2021 as a production engineers and was promoted to head of department in 2023. Patrick is responsible for all the programing that goes into the shop for production of all cabinets, custom casework and millwork.
